I have extensive experience as a high level Administration Assistant and Executive Assistant in the corporate industry, working for the most part, within the construction and engineering industry.

I completed my Certificate 4 in Business Administration as part of a 1 year trainee ship. I thoroughly enjoyed my career, yet it wasn’t my passion.

I have always had a passion for health and well being, something that became more evident whilst working in large companies and seeing the stress the corporate world can bring.

I felt it lacked the awareness of individuals health and well being. I believe strongly in the health benefits of looking after your mind as well as your physical self through exercise, nutrition and mindfulness.

This lead me to complete my Certificate 3 in Group Fitness, and then completing my Diploma in Health Science, where my major subjects were nutrition, psychology and public health.
